ChargeRadius reads the vehicle data you authorize and only refreshes the vehicle or sends a destination when you explicitly confirm the action.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period.
Which regions does charger lookup cover?
Anywhere. You can search for chargers around a point anywhere in the world. Pricing and station detail depth still vary by location and data source.
Why are there no built-in maps?
ChargeRadius focuses on finding the right charger quickly. When you need navigation, open the charger in your preferred map app or send it directly to your Tesla with Pro.
Where does Tesla Fleet integration work?
Tesla Fleet is regional (for example North America or Europe). Pro features are available where Tesla supports Fleet for your account, including listed Asia-Pacific markets such as Australia and New Zealand. When you connect your Tesla, choose the Fleet region that matches your account (many Asia-Pacific accounts use the North America Fleet region). Tesla publishes supported markets in their regions and countries documentation.
