We want ChargeRadius to feel low-risk. If something isn’t working as expected, contact us and we’ll try to make it right.
1. Who processes payments and refunds
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record (e.g., Paddle). Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
2. Monthly subscriptions
If you’re on a monthly plan and believe you were billed in error, or the Service didn’t work as described, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we’ll review your request.
If approved, we may issue a full or partial refund depending on circumstances.
3. Annual subscriptions
Annual plans are discounted. If you request a refund within 30 days of the annual charge, we’ll review and typically offer either:
- a pro-rated refund (annual price minus months used at the monthly rate), or
- a full refund in cases of clear billing error or material service failure.
4. Fees and taxes
Some payment processing fees may be non-recoverable. Where allowed, refunds may be issued minus any non-recoverable fees.
Taxes are handled by the Merchant of Record and refunded where applicable.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback. We’ll do our best to resolve issues quickly and fairly.
6. EU/EEA/UK right of withdrawal (digital services)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
This right can be lost for digital services/content if performance begins immediately after you expressly consent and acknowledge losing the withdrawal right.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@chargeradius.com with the email used for your purchase, the approximate purchase date, and a short description of what went wrong.
