CR Mobility LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates ChargeRadius (the “Service”). This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Service.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide: account info (email, name optional), and support communications.
Information collected automatically: usage and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the Service (timestamps, errors, IP address, device/browser metadata).
Tesla / vehicle data (only if you connect): vehicle information necessary to provide features you enable (e.g., vehicle state, battery/range, sending a destination, pre-conditioning). You can revoke access at any time from your Tesla account settings.
Payment information: processed by our Merchant of Record (e.g., Paddle). We do not store full payment card details.
2. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Service
- Enable features you request (including third-party integrations)
- Customer support and subscription management
- Improve reliability and performance
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where GDPR applies, we process personal data based on contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (security and improvement), consent (where required), and legal obligations.

We may share data with payment providers, hosting providers, customer support tools, and third-party APIs you connect (e.g., Tesla) as needed to deliver the Service.
