Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. The Service

ChargeRadius provides tools to help you find nearby chargers and, if you choose, connect third-party integrations such as Tesla to display vehicle information and enable one-tap actions.

We may update or modify the Service over time, including adding, removing, or changing features.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Some features require a paid subscription.

Payments, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks are processed by our Merchant of Record (e.g., Paddle). Pricing and renewal terms are presented at checkout.

5. Third-party services (including Tesla)

The Service may integrate with third-party services. These integrations may require you to connect accounts and grant permissions.

ChargeRadius is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. or any other vehicle manufacturer.

Tesla features require you to connect your Tesla account and grant permission. ChargeRadius accesses Tesla data and performs actions only via Tesla’s APIs with your authorization, and only for features you choose to use.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Do not bypass security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.
• Do not reverse engineer or interfere with the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its content (excluding your content) are owned by CR Mobility LLC or its licensors.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service while you comply with these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that data is always accurate or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
